James Jean

I mostly know about James Jean because my flatmate is a fan of the publication Fables. He is the cover artist for most of the Fables comics which are about fairytale characters in contemporary society. His work brings together analogue and digital drawing. Vivid colouring goes with painstaking attention to detail and themes of nature. He seems to enjoy setting colour themes for work t create atmosphere. I seem to be running out of things to say after a few lines, research is difficult. He definitely doesn’t mind abstractions of form including nudity. I don’t mind that I have nothing more to say.
