Learnt from the Exhibition

After the exhibition my tutors said that mixing the images and text in my photos meant that both of them lost something. The imges perhaps lost the least, just small detail but the text was almost ilegible. Another tutor said I should focus more on learning how they gained from that fact that people drew closer to look for the meaning in the text. He said that being able to sythesize this effect with other work could help when needed. I guess the key is keeping something held back. Seen but not completely, those who this intrigues will follow it closer. How to create this by other means is another issue.
